Charlie started with Zetrick as a mail carrier in Columbus, Montana, after working as a police officer. Over time he moved into leadership and now serves as our Director of Operations, making sure everything across the company runs smoothly. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing, getting out into the Montana wilderness, playing games, and reading more books than most people can keep on a shelf.

Zach started Zetrick LLC in 2012 after working as a mail carrier in Fairbanks, Alaska. He ran the day-to-day for many years but has since shifted into more of a support role.Outside of work, Zach enjoys life with his wife and three kids, homeschooling part-time, exploring the outdoors, playing all kinds of racket sports, video games, and long conversations about life, the universe, etc.

Daniel was a mail carrier in Fairbanks, Alaska from 2008 through 2012, and during that time he coined the term, "The Essence Of Mail", which refers to the abstract distress that mail can have on one's being (Anyone who has carried mail before knows what he's talking about). He creates all sorts of software to help our business run more efficiently and with less overhead. When not working, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, running long distances, playing tennis, wood working, recording music, and RPG video games.

A former mail carrier for Zetrick in Dickinson and Belfield, North Dakota, John is now working on things behind the scenes at Zetrick. When not working, John enjoys traveling with his wife, son, paragliding over rural landscapes, mountain biking, and long walks on country roads with a Pabst Blue Ribbon.

Mary was a former mail carrier in Theodosia, Missouri and worked for Fedex before that. She currently manages the Eastern Region of the U.S. for Zetrick. When not working, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, fishing, listening to her husband's country band play and going to Bluegrass Festivals.

Katie was a former mail carrier in her small town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She became a manager after working for the company after a few years and is now managing routes in the central region of the states. She enjoys doing anything outdoors in all types of weather, adventuring around on back roads to find new trails, and following the northern lights.

Dawn has 12 years of experience with USPS, including the last 7 as a postmaster. Throughout her tenure, she worked as a clerk, carrier, and eventually postmaster. She first learned about the company through a contract route in one of her offices, which was owned by Zetrick. Outside of work, she is a wife and mother of three.

Miranda was a former mail carrier for Zetrick in Belfield, North Dakota, and now works as the Recruiting Manager for the company. When not working Mir enjoys traveling with her husband and German shepherds, paramotoring, hiking, and sleeping on temperature controlled mattresses.
